About Us

Located in Newcastle upon Tyne, NEPM is perfectly situated in the property hotspot region of Tyne and Wear including the fantastic cities of Newcastle, Gateshead and Sunderland. We have a wealth of experience in all aspects of property and tenancy management and understand the different requirements of each property type and size.

We have successfully looked after a range of properties in the North East region including flats and family houses. NEPM will provide you with an honest rental valuation of your property using our years of experience and up to date knowledge of market conditions in order to give you the best chance of finding the perfect tenants.

As seasoned landlords ourselves we understand the challenges new and veteran landlords face, with over 25 years of experience you can have the peace of mind that we know all there is to know about residential lettings and can safely look after you throughout the renting process.
